Post Tender Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are seeking an 5 year experienced Tender Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost and estimation activities during the tendering stage of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions in compliance with project and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for tenders
• Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and scope of works
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Assist in tender strategy, pricing, and submission
• Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving options
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams
• Prepare tender clarifications and post-tender documentation
• Maintain tender cost databases and historical pricing records

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Tender QS experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and cost estimation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating/QS software
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
