Job Summary

Burtville Development Real Estate Company is looking for a talented Post-Tension Designer Engineer to support the design and development of post-tensioned structural systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed PT designs, calculations, and drawings while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design of post-tensioned slabs, beams, and foundations
• Develop PT layout drawings and shop drawings
• Perform design calculations including stressing forces, losses, and elongation checks
• Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure designs comply with ACI, BS, Eurocode, and UAE authority requirements
• Review project specifications and provide technical input
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during construction
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency and constructability
• Attend meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 2 – 4 years UAE experience is a must, but candidates without UAE experience are also welcome to apply
• Experience in post-tension design and detailing
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and RAM Concept
• Strong understanding of structural behavior and PT systems
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
