Post-Tensioning QA/QC Engineer

The Post-Tensioning QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of post-tensioning systems and components used in construction projects.

*Responsibilities:*

* Conduct thorough inspections of post-tensioning materials, equipment, and installations

* Witness and document post-tensioning operations, including stressing and grouting

* Monitor and record data related to post-tensioning system performance

* Prepare detailed quality control reports and documentation

* Assist in the development and implementation of QA/QC procedures and protocols

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices

* Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality

* Conduct training and provide technical support to field personnel

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

* 3+ years of experience in post-tensioning QA/QC

* Strong understanding of post-tensioning systems, including materials, equipment, and construction methods

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Familiarity with industry software and inspection techniques

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Requirement

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
