Duties

  • Offer practical support with infant care routines, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and soothing techniques.
  • Assist parents in establishing healthy sleep habits for newborns and toddlers.
  • Provide emotional reassurance and guidance to new parents adjusting to parenthood.
  • Support with light household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and organizing baby essentials to create a calm environment.
  • Educate families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, and infant development milestones.
  • Work with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being during caregiving sessions.
  • Collaborate with families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in childcare roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or teaching young children.
  • Knowledge of infant care practices and postpartum recovery processes.
  • Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform light cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
  • Comfortable caring for children across different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
