Postpartum Doula/ Newborn Care Specialist

We’re a growing, family-centered postpartum support team seeking compassionate, dependable doulas to join us in supporting families during the newborn and early postpartum period.

About the Role

Our doulas provide calm, evidence-informed, and emotionally supportive care to families in their homes. Shifts may include daytime, evening, overnight, or travel-based support depending on your availability and experience.

Support may include:

• Emotional & physical postpartum support
• Newborn care (feeding support, soothing, sleep education)
• Overnight newborn care so families can rest
• Light household support & meal prep
• Lactation & recovery support (scope-based)
• Sibling support and family transitions
• Clear communication with families & care team

Who We’re Looking For

• Certified or trained postpartum doulas (or equivalent experience)
• Newborn Care Specialists welcome
• Reliable, warm, and professional presence
• Strong communication & boundaries
• Comfortable working independently in family homes
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check
