• A "Potential" Team Head role would
• support the department's daily operations by assisting with customer inquiries, policy administration, claims, and staff training, while ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction goals
• .
• Key responsibilities include supervising junior staff, generating reports, and collaborating with other teams to enhance service delivery and achieve business objectives.
• Core Responsibilities
• Operational Support: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Staff Management: Train, guide, and motivate junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic complaints, and ensure excellent customer service across all interactions.
• Policy & Claims Assistance: Support senior management in policy administration, claims processing, and responding to client coverage queries.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on department performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and other relevant guidelines.

Must Have Sales Experience, If not have sales experience must work 1 month as sales person.
