Powder Coat Painter/Line 2nd Shift

Division: Monroe Truck Equipment - Monroe, WI

Position: Powder Coat Painter

Status: Fulltime

Shift: 2nd; 3pm-1:30am, Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities and Duties:

Pour 55 pound powder boxes into reservoir of machine.
Couple hoses to spray nozzles.
Moves sleeve on nozzles to attain specified spraying pressure and turns thumbscrew to direct nozzles toward articles or materials to be coated.
Regulates temperature of coating solution.
Removes article and or materials from conveyor belt and places articles or materials in drying racks or containers.
Paints parts
Parts preparation with the use of chemicals and hand tools.

Qualification and Skills:

Ability to lift 55 lbs. unassisted.
Ability to use a crane, tugger, hoists and forklifts
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to read and execute instructions as found on blueprints and job instructions.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
