OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for someone experienced in spray application, machine setup, and precision coating work who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment for metal parts
• Apply powder coatings using proper spray techniques with consistency and accuracy
• Mix and prepare coatings according to production specifications
• Adjust machine settings including temperature, air pressure, flow rate, and conveyor speed
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurement-based quality checks
• Run test cycles to verify coating setup and quality standards
• Monitor equipment performance and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Load and unload parts through coating and curing processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of powder coating experience
• Hands-on experience operating coating or paint equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically active environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
