10+ years of overall experience in architecting and building Power BI analytics solutions

Deep knowledge of Power BI architecture, data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M language) and report/dashboard development

Strong experience in designing semantic models, star/snowflake schemas and optimizing data for analytics

Hands-on experience connecting Power BI to various sources (SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, APIs, etc.)

Ability to optimize Power BI reports, manage large datasets and implement best practices for query performance

Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Analysis Services) and/or AWS for hybrid BI solutions

Expertise in implementing row-level security, workspace governance and compliance standards

Strong skills in designing intuitive, interactive dashboards aligned with business KPIs

Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or related certifications

Ability to lead architecture discussions, mentor teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experienced in working in a customer facing role
