Power BI, Azure Synapse & Data Visualization

· · Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and visualization strategies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Design and implement robust data solutions using PL/SQL, Azure Synapse/Fabric, and Power BI.

• Manage and me ntor a team of developers and analysts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and ensures high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.

• Optimize performance of existing systems and queries; troubleshoot and resolve critical issues.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and architectural standards.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution design, data flow diagrams, and test plans.

• Engage in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
