Provox Global is hiring a dedicated Power BI analyst to own the full BI function for a key client in the fire protection services industry. You'll connect data from QuickBooks and Inspect Point, build dashboards that drive real decisions, and serve as the primary reporting contact for client stakeholders.

This is a client-facing, ownership-driven role — not just dashboard maintenance. The right person understands the business before writing a single DAX measure.

Key Responsibilities

· Connect and model data from QuickBooks (financial) and Inspect Point (field/job data)

· Design and build executive dashboards — revenue, job completion, technician performance, AR aging

· Develop advanced DAX measures, time-intelligence functions, and row-level security

· Conduct discovery sessions with client leadership and translate needs into KPIs

· Own data refresh schedules, gateway config, and pipeline reliability

· Present findings, gather feedback, and manage client expectations independently

Must have

· 3+ years Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design)

· QuickBooks + Power BI integration experience

· Field service platform experience (Inspect Point, ServiceTitan, or similar)

· Strong Power Query / M language skills

· Fluent written & spoken English

· Proven client-facing delivery experience
