Power BI & Data Solutions Specialist

Location: On-site (Bahria Complex 1, Karachi)

About the Role Our BI team is expanding. We are looking for a Technical Power BI Developer who thrives on turning messy data into clean, strategic narratives. This isn't just about dragging and dropping visuals; we need someone who understands the "under the hood" mechanics of SQL Server, DAX, and ETL workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bridging the Gap: You’ll talk to stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate those into technical BI specifications.
• Building Ecosystems: Design and maintain robust data models and schemas that support our reporting infrastructure.
• Optimization: Taking existing Power BI reports and making them faster, more intuitive, and more reliable.
• Advanced Analytics: Using the MS SQL Server BI Stack (SSRS, T-SQL, Power Query) to perform high-level computations.
• Data Security: Managing the Power BI security layer model to ensure data reaches the right eyes only.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Roots: A Degree in CS or IT with 4+ years of dedicated experience in BI tools (specifically Power BI/Tableau).
• The Stack: You should be a "pro" in T-SQL and DAX. If you know MDX, that’s a significant advantage.
• Data Integrity: Experience collaborating with engineers to refine ETL processes and SQL query performance for massive datasets.
• Communication: Someone who can explain a complex dashboard to a non-technical manager without losing the "why."

Bonus Points:

• Relevant Microsoft Power BI Certifications.
• Experience with API integrations into BI repositories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs230,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
