Power BI Developer – 6 to 8 Years Experience

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building clean and meaningful dashboards, and helping business teams make smarter decisions.

What You Will Do

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports that are easy to understand and visually appealing.
• Work with different teams to understand their reporting needs and turn them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain data models, relationships, and DAX measures.
• Handle data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using Power Query and SQL.
• Improve existing dashboards for better performance and user experience.
• Manage workspaces, gateways, scheduled refreshes, and access permissions on Power BI Service.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure the accuracy and reliability of every report.
• Prepare simple documentation for dashboards, data flows, and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of solid hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
• Good understanding of data modelling and best practices for building BI solutions.
• Experience using Power BI Service (publishing, refresh, security, workspaces).
• Comfortable working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and explaining technical details in simple terms.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
