Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Power BI Developer to join the KPIs & Performance team at our Pakistan office. The role involves creating interactive Power BI dashboards, developing data models, and analyzing data to support business insights. Candidates must be proficient in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Excel, and have strong analytical and documentation skills. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred. The position requires excellent communication and coordination with onshore teams to deliver impactful business reports.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports to monitor KPIs across business functions.

· Perform detailed data analysis and build robust data models using DAX and Power Query.

· Integrate and automate data from multiple sources using Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

· Collaborate with Business Analysts and management to translate business requirements into meaningful visuals and insights.

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all reports and systems.

· Maintain and optimize report performance through data modeling best practices.

· Document all data flows, dashboards, and transformation logic for transparency and audit readiness.

· Participate in weekly review meetings to present analytical findings to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX for data modeling and calculations.

· Strong command of SQL for querying and joining multiple data sources.

· Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and automation).

· Experience in Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation and workflow management.

· Understanding of real estate data, sales performance, and project reporting (preferred).

· Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong documentation and presentation skills to communicate findings effectively.

· Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within deadlines.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field with Microsoft Power BI or Data Analytics certification.
