Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design and deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions. The role focuses on developing datasets, data models, and interactive dashboards while ensuring performance optimization, data security, and alignment with business reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and dashboards.

Create and optimize DAX measures and calculations.

Ensure report performance, scalability, and usability.

Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance standards.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve reporting issues.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

Optimize data models and improve visualization best practices.

Maintain documentation and ensure BI development standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in Power BI development.

Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.

Advanced SQL knowledge and understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Experience with performance tuning and report optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Language

Arabic proficiency preferred.

English fluency required
