Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights.
▪ Collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders, and IT teams to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
▪ Involves data modeling, ETL processes, and ensuring data accuracy while staying updated with advancements to optimize analytics capabilities.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies
▪ Lead the design, development & deployment of Power BI solutions, including complex data models and interactive reports to deliver actionable business insights.
▪ Utilize Power Query (M language) extensively to perform data transformation, cleansing, and shaping for integration into BI reports.
▪ Write optimized DAX measures and calculated columns to ensure efficient query performance and interactive user experience.
▪ Build and optimize SQL queries on Azure SQL databases, create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures to support BI data retrieval.
▪ Implement and monitor performance tuning techniques in Power BI, Azure SQL Server, and underlying data warehouses to improve report load times and query speed.
▪ Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into scalable technical BI solutions.
▪ Take complete ownership of BI delivery, ensuring end-to-end management from requirement gathering through to deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.
▪ Mentor and guide BI developers on best practices in Power BI development, SQL optimization, and data visualization standards.
▪ Manage Power BI service deployment, including workspace administration, dataset refresh scheduling,gateway configuration, and troubleshooting complex issues related to data, performance, and integration.
▪ Demonstrate flexibility to work in overlapping hours with customer time zones for seamless coordination, meetings, and real-time issue resolution.
▪ Good to have knowledge in Adobe Analytics, but not mandatory.
▪ To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
