Client: A top-tier management consulting firm supporting the B2B division of a leading telecom operator in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Project Scope

Support a large-scale transformation focused on designing Power BI dashboards and defining data collection and integration processes across the organization. The consultant will connect directly to client databases, assess data availability and quality, and design efficient workflows for reporting and visualization. The role combines hands-on technical work (data modeling, database connections, automation setup) with structured consulting delivery - applying an MBB-style approach to quickly translate data into actionable insights and outputs and lead cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating multiple data sources.
• Define data collection, processing, and reporting workflows across the organization.
• Connect to client databases; assess data availability and quality; implement data integration solutions.
• Perform data modeling, build data pipelines, and configure automation.
• Deliver insights and outputs with a structured consulting approach; lead cross-functional workshops.

Ideal Candidate

• Seasoned consultant with experience in consulting environments (MBB, Tier 2, Big 4, or equivalent).
• Strong technical expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and database integration (SQL, APIs, etc.).
• Track record delivering large Power BI projects for complex organizations.
• Hands-on ability to independently design and deliver dashboards end-to-end.
• Ability to balance technical depth with consulting rigor; prioritize impact and efficiency.
• Excellent facilitation skills; capable of running workshops and working effectively under pressure.
• Arabic speaker highly preferred.

Engagement Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 3 months with potential extension
• Working Mode: Onsite in Riyadh (4 days/week); travel expenses covered.
