About the Role

We are seeking Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants to join an ongoing Financial Services transformation engagement on a 6-month contract basis.

You will be working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to support strategy execution, process improvement, and regulatory or digital transformation projects across the FS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver key workstreams within FS-focused consulting engagements.
• Conduct market, financial, and operational analyses to generate data-driven insights.
• Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior client audiences.
• Support implementation and change-management initiatives within client organizations.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Previous consulting experience is mandatory (Big 4, MBB, or Tier-2 firm).
• 2–7 years of experience within Financial Services , Banking , Insurance , or Capital Markets .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced client environments with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, PMP, etc.) is an asset.
