Power BI (PI) Specialist – Real Estate Analytics

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI (PI) Specialist with strong expertise in real estate analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Analyze real estate data (sales, leasing, occupancy, ROI, etc.)
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy
• Provide insights and recommendations to management
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for properties and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, IT, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Power BI / data analytics
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and data modeling
• Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data integration tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present insights in a clear and professional manner

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate platforms and market data
• Understanding of property KPIs (occupancy rates, yield, pricing trends)
• Knowledge of CRM systems
