About the Role

We are looking for a Power Platform & AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing technology team in India. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Fagron leverages the Microsoft ecosystem to drive innovation, automation, and intelligence across our global operations.

In this role, you’ll design and deliver cutting-edge solutions—from low-code applications to AI-driven copilots—that empower our teams worldwide to work smarter, faster, and more effectively. You’ll collaborate with international stakeholders, bring automation to life, and help turn data into actionable insights through Microsoft Fabric.

What you’ll do

• Build and deploy low-code apps and automation workflows with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Design and maintain AI copilots, chatbots, and intelligent agents that enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with global business teams to turn complex requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Contribute to advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives in Microsoft Fabric through integration, modelling, and reporting.
• Use Python / R scripting for automation, data transformations, and ML use cases.
• Stay ahead of the curve on Microsoft technology advancements, proactively recommending innovations that deliver value.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to the table. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for data analytics and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python / R and SQL for scripting, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to thrive in global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building or integrating AI copilots and chatbots into enterprise workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Data Factory).
• Exposure to solution architecture within Microsoft ecosystems.
