Power Platform Developer (AI & Automation Specialist)

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer with 2-3 years proven experience to design, develop, and deploy end to end solutions across our client portfolio. You will be responsible for transforming manual business processes into streamlined, digital workflows using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses heavily on Dataverse architecture, AI Builder integration, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture: Design and implement complex Dataverse environments to ensure data integrity across CRM and ERP functions.
• Process Automation: Build sophisticated Power Automate flows to handle job capturing, order tracking, and financial document processing.
• AI Integration: Configure AI Builder and Copilot Studio to automate data extraction from supplier invoices and incoming job requests.
• Cross-Sector Delivery: Adapt solutions for diverse industries, such as engineering and construction, focusing on tracking project lifecycles and financial documents.
• App Development: Create Canvas and Model-driven apps that provide intuitive interfaces for field staff and office administrators.

Technical Requirements:

• Power Platform: Expert level proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Dataverse: Deep understanding of relational database design, security roles, and environment management.
• M365 Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integration points.
• AI & Logic: Experience with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), and Azure Logic Apps.
• Consultative Skills: Ability to translate "business pain points" into technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600).
• 2-3 years proven experience with Power Pages for external supplier portals.
• Background in automating financial workflows (Invoicing, PO matching).
