Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Power System Studies Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on advanced power system analysis projects, renewable energy integration, and grid interconnection studies, contributing to high-impact energy projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, transient stability, and protection coordination.
  • Perform grid interconnection and renewable energy integration studies in compliance with NEPRA and DISCO standards.
  • Develop and validate simulation and modeling for transmission, distribution, and renewable energy systems.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and study documentation.
  • Support the engineering team with technical input on renewable and distributed generation projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, utilities, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, regulations, and best practices in the power and renewable energy sector.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (PEC registration mandatory).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in power system studies, renewable energy, or grid projects.
  • Proficiency in PSS®E, ETAP, PSCAD, or similar simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of NEPRA regulations, DISCO practices, and local grid codes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
