Job Purpose
The Presentation Designer supports the consulting team by developing structured, high-quality PowerPoint presentations for proposals, strategic reports, and client deliverables The role focuses on formatting, visual structuring, and translating content into professional executive-level presentations under the supervision of senior managers.
Key Accountability Activities

Presentation & Visual Structuring

Design and format PowerPoint presentations aligned with consulting standards.

Translate provided content into structured slide layouts with clear hierarchy and visual consistency

Create charts, diagrams, and simple frameworks based on content prepared by consultants.

Apply storytelling flow under guidance from Senior Manager.

Consulting & Proposal Support
-
Support preparation of proposals and client-facing materials.

Format operating models, roadmaps, methodologies, and structured frameworks prepared by the consulting team.

Assist in preparing board-level and C-suite materials (formatting & visual enhancement).

Ensure templates are applied correctly across projects.

Information Design Support
-
Convert data and written content into clear visual layouts and infographics.

Maintain slide consistency including alignment, spacing, typography, and formatting.

Improve clarity of slides through layout refinement.

Quality Control & Standards
-
Ensure deliverables meet internal formatting and branding guidelines.

Review slides for visual accuracy, consistency, and language clarity.

Implement revisions based on feedback efficiently and accurately.

Stakeholder Coordination
-
Work closely with Senior Manager and consultants to understand content requirements.

Incorporate feedback within tight timelines.

Maintain organized version control and file structure.
Time & Delivery Management

Manage multiple presentation assignments simultaneously.

Meet urgent deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Maintain attention to detail under pressure.
Qualifications/Requirements

Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong focus on PowerPoint presentation design.

Mandatory experience working with Big Four or Tier One consulting firms, or within a comparable consulting/strategy environment.
