Powersport Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing powersports enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in the motorcycle and off-road market. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, engaging with walk-in customers, digital lead response and outbound prospecting efforts, while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Continuously increase product knowledge through online OEM training, in-store manager training, and market material
  • Greet customers on the showroom floor
  • Engage , probe, understand customer's needs and motivations to accurately recommend proper vehicle
  • Study and understand benefits of back-end products such as extended protection and priority maintenance
  • Utilize digital CRM to log customer information and produce paperwork for deals and quotes
  • Utilize sales skills to overcome objections and close the deal
  • Ensure thorough customer walk around and setup with new vehicle features
  • Communicate with coworkers and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist in creating online marketing content, i.e facebook marketplace listings, short format video, instagram post etc.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order of product, showroom, and facility

Skills

  • Motorcycle license is not required but highly recommended. Must be able to safety operate and drive all types of vehicles sold in the dealership daily.
  • Prior dealership experience is highly recommended
  • Proven experience in vehicle sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Bilingual is a plus for engaging a broader customer base
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone and text etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

We offer a five-day work week to improve the quality of life for our team. Our store is open from 9am to 6pm Tuesday- Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays to go riding and spend time with our families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
