PPC Engineer

Job description:

Job Title: Production Planning and Control (PPC)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Develop production schedules, timelines, and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.

2. Material Planning: Plan and procure raw materials, components, and other resources required for production.

3. Capacity Planning: Determine production capacity, allocate resources, and optimize production processes.

4. Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules, including material requirements, labor allocation, and machine utilization.

5. Monitoring and Control: Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

6. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth production operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills

3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

4. Knowledge of production planning and control principles, inventory management, and supply chain management

5. Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning software, and other relevant tools
