Supply Chain Manager (FMCG)

Production & Inventory Planning

• Oversee materials requirement planning (MRP) aligned with production

forecasts.

• Balance inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing

waste and holding costs.

• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to manage ingredient lead

times and formulation changes.

2. Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of

raw materials and finished goods.

• Optimize transportation routes and freight costs while ensuring product

integrity (e.g., temperature control).

• Manage third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations.

3. Demand Forecasting & Sales Alignment

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build accurate demand

forecasts.

• Monitor sales trends and adjust production schedules accordingly.
• Align supply chain activities with promotional calendars and seasonal

demand spikes.

4. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

o Track KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, supplier lead time)

and report performance.

o Lead cost-reduction and efficiency projects.

o Leverage ERP systems and digital tools for real-time visibility and

decision-making.

Qualifications:

o 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the food or

confectionery industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
