Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Ads Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, performance-focused, and skilled in managing budgets to achieve measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Manage and optimize search, display, retargeting, and social media ad campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create high-performing ad creatives
• Stay up to date with the latest paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paid media / performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or programmatic platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working with budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
• Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation tools
