About the Role

Red Feather Tech is looking for an experienced and performance-driven PPC Manager to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across international markets, specifically the UK and USA.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns for design, web, and app projects, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI improvement. You will collaborate closely with the Design, Sales, and Development teams to strategize, execute, and enhance digital campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting UK and USA audiences.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, retargeting, and prospecting across multiple digital channels.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, A/B testing, and bid management to maximize conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Manage landing page optimization for improved lead quality and reduced CPA.
• Allocate and monitor ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
• Drive data-driven decisions using platforms like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on PPC experience, ideally within an agency or IT-based company.
• Proven success in running campaigns for logo design, web development, and mobile app services.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking, funnel optimization, and retargeting strategies.
• Strong command of tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
