Position Overview:

We are urgently hiring an experienced PPC Manager with 6+ years of proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and ready to lead a team toward exceptional performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute paid strategies to achieve performance goals such as leads, conversions, and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation for continuous optimization
• Collaborate with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing objectives
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
• Lead and mentor junior PPC specialists to enhance team performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in team management and strategic campaign planning
