The Digital Campaign Manager will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display networks. The role will require strategic planning, hands-on implementation, data analysis, and optimization to meet performance goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience of Paid campaigns on META, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and on other internet tools
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms (social media, SEM, display ads, email marketing, etc.).
  • Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaign materials align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates.
  • Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance and trends.
  • A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting to continually refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage external agencies or contractors as needed for specific campaign elements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Google Ads certification or similar digital marketing certifications.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
