The Digital Campaign Manager will oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display networks. The role will require strategic planning, hands-on implementation, data analysis, and optimization to meet performance goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience of Paid campaigns on META, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and on other internet tools
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms (social media, SEM, display ads, email marketing, etc.).
- Define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaign materials align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance and trends.
- A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting to continually refine and improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage external agencies or contractors as needed for specific campaign elements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Google Ads certification or similar digital marketing certifications.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies.
