Nestors Global is a growing digital solutions company focused on delivering high-performance marketing, branding, and technology services to international clients. We are looking for a results-driven PPC Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns and maximize ROI.

Job Summary

The PPC Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a data-driven mindset to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on **Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid platforms
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives
  • Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports
  • Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams for campaign success
  • Track conversions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in PPC or paid advertising
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with keyword research tools and bid management
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing international campaigns (US, UK, etc.) is a plus
  • Google Ads certification is preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with remarketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization
  • Familiarity with eCommerce PPC campaigns
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing funnels
