Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
- Create and manage ad copies, extensions, and creatives in coordination with content and design teams
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
- Track and analyze key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and impression share
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 integrations
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences to improve conversion rates
- Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–4 years of hands-on PPC experience managing performance-driven campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (certifications are a plus)
- Experience targeting UK and US markets
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent written communication skills for ad copy optimization
- Experience in B2B lead generation and IT / software services is a strong plus
