Job Title: PPC Specialist | U.S Shift | 8am - 5pm Houston Time | Work from Office |

Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented PPC Specialist with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize our paid digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Ads and have experience with Meta Business Suite. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, achieving lead generation or sales targets, and maximizing our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to meet campaign objectives (Lead Generation, Sales, Brand Awareness).
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct thorough keyword research for Google Ads and develop detailed audience personas for social media campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Monitor daily and monthly ad spend, ensuring efficient allocation of the budget across campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, visuals, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance.
  • Tracking & Conversion Setup: Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel to accurately measure performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or an in-house digital marketing role.
  • Must-Have Platform Proficiency:
  • Google Ads (Certification is a strong plus)
  • Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is essential.
  • Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
