About the Role

Xpo9tial, a fast-growing Amazon marketing and e-commerce agency, is seeking a skilled Amazon PPC Specialist to join our team. This position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to manage global Amazon accounts, optimize advertising performance, and contribute to scaling international brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs including ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategies with brand and product goals.
• Manage micro-influencers to generate external traffic and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Amazon PPC campaign management.
• Proven record managing 6- and 7-figure Amazon accounts.
• Proficiency with Helium10, Data Dive, Brand Analytics, and Seller Central.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Must be based in Karachi and comfortable with a hybrid work setup.
