Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on lead generation, SEO, and content creation. This role will be pivotal in executing impactful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Create and optimize lead magnets and landing pages to capture leads effectively.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Content Marketing:

  • Plan, develop, and execute content strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create long-form gated content such as eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, and guides.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement across various platforms.

SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and organic search rankings.
  • Develop and execute paid search and display campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams to produce engaging marketing assets.

Performance Metrics & Analysis:

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms to analyze and improve campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, lead magnets, and long-form gated content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
