Salary: Maximum 75,000/- (PKR) per month + Incentives for Target Achievement

Job Description:

Dr Aimen Zia Dental Aesthetic Clinic is seeking an experienced On-Site SEO Specialist with a proven track record in off-page SEO for highly competitive niches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building 1,000–2,000 high-quality DA/PA backlinks per month strictly from authoritative, health-focused, and high-traffic websites. The role demands an expert in advanced white hat link building techniques, guest posting, and backlink outreach, with a deep understanding of how to keep spam scores under 1%.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive off-page SEO strategy to acquire 1,000–2,000 monthly backlinks from top-tier, high DA/PA, health niche, and high-traffic websites for our dental clinic’s site.

Source free backlinks and identify scalable guest posting opportunities on authoritative health, dental, and wellness websites.

Conduct detailed website and competitor backlink analysis to uncover and leverage new link-building opportunities.

Negotiate and manage guest posting contributions and placements to maximize link quality and relevance.

Monitor and maintain backlinks to ensure that spam score remains at or below 1%, using only white hat SEO techniques.

Track, measure, and report monthly backlink targets, quality metrics, referring domains, and potential disavow list items.

Work closely with the content and digital marketing team to align backlink strategy with broader SEO, PR, and branding objectives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google’s guidelines, algorithm updates, and the latest off-page SEO trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years’ off-page SEO experience in a high-competition niche, preferably in the health or dental industry.

Demonstrated ability to build high DA/PA backlinks (DA 50+, PA 50+) at scale from health/dental-focused, high-traffic websites.

Excellent command of white hat techniques: guest posting, outreach, resource page link building, broken link building, etc.

Proven relationships with webmasters, contributors, and admins of authoritative health and wellness sites—track record must be visible.

Advanced knowledge of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, Google Search Console, etc.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate backlink quality, relevance, anchor distribution, and spam scores.

Able to meet aggressive monthly targets and work independently on-site.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field preferred.
