We’re hiring a Paid Ads Specialist (2–3 years experience) to manage and scale performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple client accounts.
Paid Ads Specialist – 2 to 3 Years’ Experience

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, performance analysis, client communication, and delivering measurable results across multiple accounts.
Campaign Management
Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across various objectives including lead generation, conversions, traffic and brand awareness.
Conduct ongoing keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor daily performance and ensure campaigns are running within the defined budgets and KPIs.
Implement A/B tests for ad copies, creatives, landing pages and audience sets.
Manage remarketing, lookalike audiences, custom audiences and advanced targeting options.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify areas of improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Track conversion data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other tracking tools.
Ensure consistent optimisation to maximise ROI and reduce wasted spend.
Client Communication & Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights.
Understand client objectives and align campaign strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with content, design and development teams for ad creatives, landing pages and tracking implementation.
Address client questions, share recommendations and provide strategic support.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution models.
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.
Comfortable managing medium to large monthly budgets.
2–3 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google and Meta.
Google Ads certification preferred.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and paid media strategy.
Good communication, organizational and analytical skills.
