PPC Specialist / Executive

Role Overview

BridgeNatix is seeking a data-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and continuously improving campaign performance through testing, analysis, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

· Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

· Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning to identify growth opportunities.

· Monitor campaign performance, budgets, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) to maximize ROI.

· Perform ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

· Implement and maintain tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking tools.

· Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data and market trends.

· Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements

· 2–3 years of experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.

· Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

· Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.

· Excellent communication and ad copywriting skills.

· Detail-oriented, results-driven, and focused on achieving measurable business outcomes.

Preferred

· Google Ads Certification.

· Experience managing international campaigns and multi-channel advertising budgets.

· Proven track record of generating leads and improving ROAS across B2B and B2C campaigns.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
