About the Opportunity

Iberianz is hiring a PPC Specialist – Google Ads to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google platforms.

This role is focused specifically on paid search and performance-driven campaign management. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns with a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive measurable ROI.

This is not a general digital marketing role — it requires platform-level depth in Google Ads.

Role Overview

The PPC Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS and achieve defined KPIs. The role requires strong expertise in keyword strategy, bid management, conversion tracking, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and improve underperforming ones through structured testing.
  • Manage campaigns for both B2B and B2C markets with region-specific strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Communicate campaign performance updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policies, new features, and industry best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and attribution.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization for higher conversion rates.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing eCommerce or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of remarketing strategies and audience segmentation.
