Who We’re Looking For:

An exceptional Google Ads Specialist who is not just experienced but truly outstanding in managing, innovating, and scaling Google Ads campaigns. You must have hands-on expertise with international clients and a passion for testing, experimenting, and optimizing campaigns from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for international clients.
• Build and optimize campaigns from scratch, with a focus on performance and ROI.
• Develop multiple creative strategies and concepts tailored to client objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Google Ads and digital marketing.
• Present campaign ideas and results confidently and clearly to clients.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions.
• Think outside the box to find original, fast, and effective strategies.

What You’ll Own:

• Drive ROI-focused campaigns across Search, Display, Video & Shopping
• Build strategies leveraging automation, Smart Bidding, Manual Bidding, Performance Max, and AI insights
• Test, iterate & optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion lift, ROAS
• Develop multiple creative concepts tailored to each client’s goals
• Present actionable insights & campaign results to clients confidently

What We Expect:

• Proven experience with Google Ads for high-budget international clients.
• Strong understanding of search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
• Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and optimization.
• Natural presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and deliver results quickly.
• Passion for experimentation, testing, and discovering new ideas.
