Job Position - Engineer-PPC, Stores & Logistics

Experience- 3 yrs

Job location - Mysore

Salary Upto - 32 k

Responsibilty-

Prepare monthly/weekly/daily inventory plans and issue to respective shops

Prepare material procurement plan & issue schedules to vendors

Ensure uniformity and on time availability of material

Ensure tracking of supplier wise schedule compliance. Perform physical material inward through SAP System.

Maintain desired inventory levels

Reduce stock of slow moving & non-moving items

Arrange material required for spares,

Resposible for escolation of issues with VD team releted to suppler support, QA issues and capabilities of supplier

Coordinate with sourcing dept to ensure all systematic requirement are adhered during unloading of materials. Responsible for documentation & implementation of activities related to MH pillar

Job Responsibilities

Ensure availability of material ac required location in required stock

Ensure effective implementation of ASSET care 55 KAIZEN & TPM related activities

Technical manpower planning and its cost control Monitor & Motivate the staff for TPM, Kaizen & improvement acthities and ensure effective implementation of Poka-Yoke& Kaizen & 5s
