PPC / Supply Chain Manager

Industry: Apparel & Boxing Gloves Manufacturing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PPC / Supply Chain Manager to manage production planning, material planning, and supply chain operations for our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning and control according to orders and capacity
• Material requirement planning (MRP) and inventory management
• Coordinate with production, purchase, warehouse, and sales departments
• Ensure on-time production and shipment planning
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Supplier coordination and purchase planning
• Develop and improve supply chain processes and reporting
• Prepare production plans, daily/weekly/monthly reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Operations / Business Administration
• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing industry (Apparel/Gloves preferred)
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory, and supply chain
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• ERP experience will be preferred
