Job Description

The Window Tinting Cum Paint Protection Film Installer is responsible for the precise installation of window tinting film and paint protection film (PPF) on various vehicles and other commercial applications including glass facades of malls, buildings, and other structures. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, expert knowledge of film installation techniques, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

The Installer will work closely with customers to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure that window tinting and PPF installations meet the highest standards of workmanship. Safety is paramount, particularly when working at heights, and the installer must ensure the safe use of scaffoldings and safety harnesses during elevated installations.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Window Tinting Installation:

- Measure, cut, and apply window tinting film to vehicle windows accurately.

- Ensure that window tinting film adheres smoothly and evenly to windows, free from bubbles, creases, or imperfections.

2. Paint Protection Film Installation:

- Measure, cut, and apply PPF to the exterior surfaces of vehicles, including the front bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, and other vulnerable areas.

- Maintain a high level of precision to achieve seamless and invisible PPF installations.

3. Flat Glass Film Installation:

- Install flat glass films on the facades of malls, buildings, and other structures.

- Ensure that the installation adheres smoothly and evenly to the glass surface, meeting quality standards.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment during film installations, particularly when working at elevated positions.

- Use suitable scaffoldings and safety harnesses when installing window tinting or films at heights, following safety protocols and regulations.

- Properly handle and store materials and chemicals used in the installation process.

5. Film Selection and Consultation:

- Consult with customers to determine their preferences and provide recommendations on suitable window tinting darkness levels and PPF coverage areas.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that both window tinting and PPF applications meet the highest standards of workmanship.

- Rectify any imperfections promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.

7. Tools and Equipment:

- Utilize specialized tools and equipment, including precision cutting tools, heat guns, squeegees, and templates, to facilitate accurate film installation.

8. Customer Interaction:

- Interact professionally with customers, explaining the benefits of window tinting and PPF, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

9. Maintenance and Inventory:

- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and film inventory to ensure readiness for installations.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or inventory shortages to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Window Tinting Cum PPF Cum Flat Glass Installer.

· Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and applying window tinting film and PPF with precision.

· Strong commitment to safety, particularly when working at elevated heights, and knowledge of safety protocols.

· Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding window tint darkness levels.

· Ability to work efficiently and independently.

· Availability for weekend or off-hour operations, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD275.000 per month
