Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven PR & Affiliate Marketing Executive for one of out cliets organization in Real Estate development to build strategic partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition through affiliate networks, influencers, media channels, and business collaborations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, networking abilities, and experience in managing partnerships that contribute to business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations (PR)
- Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, bloggers, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate press releases, brand announcements, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the company's public image and brand reputation across various platforms.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, partnerships, and brand exposure.
- Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and industry forums.
Affiliate Marketing
- Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliate partners, influencers, and referral networks.
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to generate leads and sales.
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations, communities, and industry-related platforms.
- Monitor affiliate performance and ensure achievement of agreed targets.
- Prepare affiliate agreements, commission structures, and partnership proposals.
- Track and analyze affiliate campaign performance and ROI.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with relevant organizations, agencies, and professional networks.
- Explore new channels for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align partnership and promotional activities.
- Generate leads through referral and partnership channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, or Partnership Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience working with influencers, affiliates, media outlets, or strategic partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience managing affiliate programs and commission-based partnerships.
- Ability to develop and execute PR and partnership strategies.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
