PR & Content Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a PR & Content Specialist based in Cairo. The role involves creating and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and fostering meaningful public relations. Daily tasks include developing strategic communication plans, maintaining relationships with media professionals, and improving brand visibility through targeted PR activities. While primarily based in Cairo, the role offers flexibility with hybrid work opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with brand goals
• Build and maintain relationships with media, press, and influencers
• Coordinate press releases, media coverage, and brand features
• Identify PR opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
• Monitor media performance and track brand exposure
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PR & Content Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role
• Strong experience working with influencers, stylists, celebrities, and editors
• Experience in planning, managing, and producing podcast content
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site 2–3 days as required for shoots, meetings, and collaborations
• Arabic speaker is preferred
