Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven PR & Influencer Marketer with at least 3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and public relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong influencer and media relationships, executing PR campaigns, and driving brand visibility and engagement. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to work in a dynamic and fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and thought leaders in health, wellness, and lifestyle niches.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling.
• Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and partnerships with influencers and agencies.
• Track, analyze, and report on influencer and PR campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer and PR initiatives with broader brand campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms for influencer and PR marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms, campaign tracking, and engagement metrics.
• Proven record of executing successful influencer collaborations and PR campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the health, wellness, or supplements industry is a plus.
