Role Overview
The PR Manager will lead our communication strategy, manage media relationships, and drive visibility for Solh Wellness through impactful storytelling and well-executed events. This role requires someone who understands the sensitivity of mental health communication while ensuring powerful brand outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations
- Leverage strong media connects across health, lifestyle, corporate, and general news publications.
- Pitch stories around mental health trends, expert opinions, success stories, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and statements aligned with the Solh Wellness voice.
- Monitor daily media coverage, track sentiment, and prepare PR reports.
PR Strategy & Brand Building
- Build and execute PR plans that position Solh as a leader in mental health innovation.
- Create communication strategies for product launches, CSR initiatives, mental health campaigns, and key events.
- Manage sensitive issues and crisis communication with empathy and accuracy.
- Strengthen Solh’s thought-leadership presence through strategic placements and speaking opportunities.
Events & Activations
- Plan and manage PR-led events including:
- Press conferences
- Wellness workshops
- Campaign launches
- Panel discussions and expert meets
- Mental health roundtables & corporate events
- Handle vendor coordination, logistics, branding, invitations, media attendance, and post-event coverage.
Content & Communication
- Prepare talking points, FAQs, speeches, and briefing documents for spokespersons.
- Create curated media kits, presentations, and campaign communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure unified messaging across PR, digital, and social platforms.
Digital PR & Influencer Engagement
- Work with wellness influencers, experts, and digital publications for extended reach.
- Identify collaboration opportunities that align with Solh’s mission and positioning.
Required Skills
- Strong media relations with established connects in health, lifestyle, and mainstream media.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and writing skills.
- Experience managing events end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of mental health communication nuances.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-moving PR cycles.
- Crisis management capability and high emotional intelligence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
