We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping brands build strong presence through creative campaigns, PR strategies, and digital solutions. We are looking for a dynamic PR & Sales Executive who can combine relationship-building with sales expertise to drive business growth in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Pune for digital marketing and PR services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, media professionals, and influencers.
• Pitch, present, and close deals for services such as PR, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Branding, and Websites.
• Plan and execute PR activities, networking events, and collaborations to enhance visibility.
• Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to agency growth.
• Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and prepare reports.
• Represent the agency at client meetings, events, and networking forums.

Key Requirements:

• Must be based in Pune with strong local contacts and networking ability.
• 1–3 years of experience in PR, Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to confidently explain digital marketing and PR services to clients.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
