PR, Social Media and Affiliate Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a PR, Social Media & Influencer Marketing Leader to help shape how HairClub shows up socially, culturally, and digitally. This is a high-impact role for a creative storyteller, trendspotter, and growth-minded marketer who knows how to build buzz, drive engagement, and create partnerships that people actually care about.

You’ll lead:

• PR & earned media strategy
• Social media & content storytelling
• Influencer & creator partnerships
• Affiliate & referral marketing
• Brand collaborations & cultural campaigns

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives at the intersection of culture, content, creators, and growth
• Understands how modern brands win attention
• Can turn storytelling into measurable business impact
• Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• 7–10+ years of experience across PR, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or brand communications within a DTC brand, consumer brand, agency, or multi-location retailer
