About the Role :


  • Strategic Communication
  • Develop and execute PR strategies for enhanced brand visibility and industry reputation.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging across PR channels.
  • Content Development
  • Create engaging content, including articles, press releases, feature stories, speeches, etc.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
  • Media & Influencer Relations
  • Foster strong relationships with key media outlets across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
  • Proactively secure positive media coverage for company initiatives and partnerships.
  • Event Management
  • Plan and execute PR events and product launches to enhance the company's profile.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for maximum impact on the public image.
  • Social Media
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Identify target demographics and create audience-specific campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms and monitor channels for timely responses.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize data-driven tools for monitoring campaign analytics and making recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including customer education and awareness standards.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach new audiences.

  • Qualifications :



    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
    • 5+ years of proven work experience as a PR & Social Media Executive or similar
    • Proven experience in developing and managing social media & influencer strategies.
    • Excellent with Google Analytics and other platforms
    • Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword search
    • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.


    Location : Mainly in the UAE, with the possibility of travel around MEA countries and China.
